Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP General Ledger (GL) Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Financials GL solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that financial processes and enterprise system integrations align with organizational objectives. This role requires strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, solution architecture, process design, and end-to-end ERP implementations.

Job Description:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials General Ledger (GL) solutions.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle Fusion ERP solutions.
  • Define and optimize financial processes, accounting structures, and reporting frameworks.
  • Serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams across enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Oracle Fusion Financials and related systems.
  • Support solution architecture, process modeling, testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
  • Develop and maintain design documentation, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for Oracle Fusion Financials implementations and enhancements.
  • Support reporting, analytics, and data integration requirements across the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.

Required Qualifications

  • 10–15 years of experience in Oracle ERP Finance, including at least 8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion General Ledger (GL).
  • Strong expertise in the architecture, configuration, and business processes of Oracle Fusion Financials GL.
  • Solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including Purchasing (PO) architecture and process flows.
  • Experience designing enterprise-scale financial solutions and process transformations.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • SQL and PL/SQL
    • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
    • Oracle Fusion extensions and integrations
    • OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
    • BI Publisher reporting
  • Experience supporting enterprise integrations and financial reporting solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Cloud Financials Certification.
  • Retail industry domain knowledge and implementation experience.
  • Experience working within Onsite–Offshore delivery models and managing distributed teams.
  • Exposure to large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programs.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 90000 - 100000/per annum.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
