About the Job You’re Considering
As AI reshapes how organizations operate, compete, and create value, we are evolving our consulting model to be AI-enabled by design, augmenting human judgment with analytics, automation, and generative AI. Our teams are looking for consultants who are not only strong problem solvers, but who are excited to work differently in an AI-first world: curious, adaptable, and ready to help clients reimagine how work gets done.
You'll lead our cloud architecture portfolio, setting technical direction for clients' most consequential platform decisions and making sure architecture serves business strategy, not the other way around. This role combines executive advisory, technical credibility, and growth: shaping major pursuits, building hyperscaler partnerships, and developing architecture talent.
Your Role
- Serve as senior architecture advisor to CIOs, CTOs, and enterprise architecture leaders
- Shape and sell large cloud modernization, platform, and AI-ready infrastructure programs
- Set architecture direction for multi-year, multi-cloud transformations, including sovereignty, resilience, and regulatory constraints
- Provide technical oversight and design authority across a portfolio of engagements
- Lead C-suite workshops on platform choices, tradeoffs, and investment sequencing
- Build reference architectures, accelerators, and hyperscaler partnerships that scale delivery
- Develop architects and technical leaders across the practice
Your Skills + Experience
You bring strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation. You are able to identify and support AI-enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness, and you have experience working in AI-augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development. You collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI-driven solutions, with a solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance. You demonstrate curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments.
- 10+ years in cloud and enterprise architecture, with significant consulting or advisory leadership
- Demonstrated sales and account growth track record (or clear trajectory) in complex technical programs
- Recognized depth in at least one hyperscaler and credibility across multi-cloud and hybrid estates
- Strong grasp of data and AI platform architecture and its infrastructure implications
- Executive presence; able to explain complex architecture tradeoffs in business terms
- Strong people leadership and ability to scale architecture capability
- Professional-level cloud architect certification(s) preferred
