About the Job You're Considering
Capgemini Invent is seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Campus Recruiter to support the attraction, engagement, and hiring of top emerging talent across North America. In this role, you will partner with business leaders, university stakeholders, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to execute our campus recruiting strategy and build diverse pipelines of high-potential candidates.
As a member of the Campus Recruiting team, you will help drive full-cycle recruiting activities for internship and entry-level hiring programs, manage university relationships, coordinate campus events, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You will serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers and business stakeholders, providing insights on campus talent markets, candidate pipelines, and recruiting strategies.
This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who enjoys building relationships, managing recruiting programs, and engaging with students while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Your Role
As a Campus Recruiter, you will:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for internship and entry-level hiring programs across North America.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with university career centers, student organizations, campus ambassadors, and other key talent pipeline sources.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop campus recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead recruiting efforts across assigned schools and target programs, including information sessions, networking events, career fairs, case competitions, and virtual engagement activities.
- Identify, engage, and assess high-potential candidates while managing candidate progression throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for students, candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and campus stakeholders.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for all participants.
- Conduct candidate screening conversations and provide recommendations to hiring teams.
- Manage offer extension activities, candidate engagement, and pre-hire processes to maximize offer acceptance and conversion rates.
- Track recruiting activity, pipeline metrics, and hiring outcomes while providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Partner with recruiting operations and broader Talent Acquisition teams to improve processes, optimize candidate experience, and drive operational excellence.
- Support diversity recruiting initiatives and employer branding efforts designed to strengthen Capgemini Invent's presence on campus.
- Mentor and coach junior recruiting coordinators or campus recruiting support resources as needed.
Your Skills + Experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- 2–5 years of experience in campus recruiting, university relations, talent acquisition, recruiting operations, human resources, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience managing recruiting programs, candidate pipelines, and hiring processes from attraction through offer stage.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and business stakeholders to support talent acquisition initiatives.
- Proven ability to build relationships with candidates, universities, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience organizing and executing recruiting events such as career fairs, networking events, information sessions, and campus presentations.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience analyzing recruiting metrics and using data to drive recruiting decisions and stakeholder discussions.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting technologies, and Microsoft Office applications.

- Ability to represent Capgemini Invent professionally and serve as a brand ambassador at universities and recruiting events.
- Passion for candidate experience, diversity recruiting, and building future talent pipelines.
- Adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving challenges.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $86,000 - $110,000
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
