About the Job You're Considering

Capgemini Invent is seeking a highly organized and candidate-focused Campus Recruiter to support the execution of our North America campus recruiting strategy. In this role, you will partner closely with the Campus Recruitment Lead to deliver an exceptional experience for students, candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and university stakeholders throughout the recruiting lifecycle.

As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will coordinate recruiting activities across multiple campuses and offices, helping to attract and hire top emerging talent. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and creating seamless candidate experiences in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will play an important role in supporting campus recruiting programs, interview coordination, candidate engagement, offer management, event planning, and employer branding initiatives. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to navigate competing priorities with professionalism and urgency.

Your Role

As a Campus Recruiter, you will:

  • Support end-to-end campus recruiting processes for intern and entry-level hiring programs across North America.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, recruiting events, assessment activities, and candidate engagements, both virtually and in person.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for students, candidates, campus ambassadors, hiring managers, and interview teams throughout the recruitment process.
  • Facilitate a positive and seamless candidate experience by providing timely communication, interview preparation, and recruiting support.
  • Manage recruiting logistics, ensuring interview schedules, communications, and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Partner with recruiters and business stakeholders to track candidate progress and maintain recruiting data and reporting.
  • Coordinate interviewer feedback collection and assist with debrief discussions and hiring recommendations.
  • Support campus marketing and employer branding initiatives, including presentations, information sessions, networking events, career fairs, and university partnerships.
  • Provide information regarding Capgemini Invent, available opportunities, recruiting timelines, and office logistics to prospective candidates.
  • Assist with offer preparation, offer extension activities, and pre-employment processes to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire.
  • Contribute to recruiting projects, process improvements, and operational initiatives that enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders while maintaining a high standard of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service.

Your Skills + Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 0–2 years of professional experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, campus relations, coordination, administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience communicating with diverse audiences and responding professionally to questions from candidates, students, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience creating reports, maintaining recruiting data, and developing professional business correspondence.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $65,000 - $80,000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
