Your role
As Interim Marketing & Events Manager, you will step directly into the heart of our marketing organisation and take responsibility for driving our event and campaign activities. You will be a key player in planning, executing, and following up on both internal and external events as well as marketing campaigns. Your work will ensure continuity, quality, and energy throughout the entire period.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute events: conferences, seminars, webinars, internal town halls, client events, etc.
- Coordinate logistics, content, and communications with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders (sales, delivery, leadership).
- Develop and execute campaigns (online and offline), including content, ads, emails, and social media.
- Prepare and deliver project plans, including budget management, timelines, and risk management.
- Follow up and report on event and campaign performance, gather feedback, and identify learnings and optimisation opportunities.
- Ensure all communication is on-brand and aligned with Capgemini’s overall marketing strategy.
Your profile
We imagine that you bring a background and experience suited to stepping into a complex and dynamic marketing organisation:
- At least 10 years of experience in event management, campaign management, or similar roles within B2B services marketing.
- Proven experience delivering both internal and external tech or IT events.
- Strong project management skills: able to handle multiple parallel projects, budgets, and deadlines.
- Solid commercial understanding: you know how marketing and events drive business impact and apply that in your work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English.
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented: you take ownership while collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with platforms and tools such as LinkedIn, Salesforce CRM, marketing automation, event platforms, and reporting tools is an advantage.
