When you join IGNITE, you choose a career path - a tailored education and development program designed to build your skills and expertise in the field of your choice. IGNITE is not a traditional graduate program; instead, it offer a personalized journey towards becoming a fully qualified consultant – Your future. Make it real.

You development combines teacher-led training, workshops, certifications, and self-study using a wide range of educational materials - all designed to accelerate your growth as an associate consultant at Capgemini. You’ll also have the opportunity to apply your learnings on client projects, gaining hands-on experience and delivering tangible value. Beyond professional development, IGNITE connects you with a network of like-minded peers across Scandinavia, fosering collaboration and knowledge sharing. You will also enjoy team-building activities with your close-knit group of IGNITE colleagues.

This allows you to choose one that aligns with your technical skills and specific interests while also supporting your personal and professional development. What we are looking for in your application

We are looking for ambitious candidates with a strong track record of academic excellence and extracurricular performance. We are a collaborative company and look for people who take the initiative and aren’t afraid to assume responsibility and achieve team-based success. You are about to graduate or have recently graduated with a relevant Master’s in business, IT, engineering, or social science, and your academic grades are among the best in your school. You can provide references and are ready for a fun challenge.

By nature, you thrive in challenging environments, enjoy working with others to achieve a common goal, and approach difficult challenges with an enthusiastic mindset. Written and spoken fluency in English language is a prerequisite for all applicants to the program.

Location

The program is available in both Aarhus (Viby J) and Copenhagen (Vallensbæk). Please note that our Copenhagen office will relocate to CPH Pulse, Havneholmen 2, 2450 København SV as of February 1st, 2026. Kindly indicate your preferred location in your application.

In Domains, you will be entrusted with end-to-end project responsibility, with the opportunity to try out different roles across four competency areas: Project Management, Engagement Management, Change Management, Business Analysis & Architecture Technology Services.

Digital Health Services: APPLY HERE
The Digital Health Services career path offers positions as Fullstack Developer and EPIC Implementation Consultant.

Cloud & Custom Applications: APPLY HERE
C&CA is Capgemini’s capability focused on building modern solutions that transform businesses through AI- and cloud native development, integration-led architecture, and Microsoft technologies. You can expect hands-on experience in roles such as Front End, Back End or Full Stack Software Engineer, Microsoft Power Platform Consultant and Test Automation Engineer.

At our Digital Customer Experience practice, we are passionate about delivering the best digital experiences for customers and employees across Sales, Marketing, Commerce and Service channels. The DCX track offers two different roles: A Functional Consultant and Technical Consultant.

The Package Based Solution career path offers several opportunities - whether your dream is to become an SAP functional consultant able to advise customers and configure SAP’s products to meet the customer’s requirements, an SAP developer delivering strong backend and frontend solutions, or rather pursue a career within engagement management as a project or program manager.
