Nordic Talent Attraction specialist
YOUR ROLE
As a Talent Attraction Specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening Capgemini's ability to attract and engage top talent across the Nordic region. Through a variety of initiatives, you will support local talent acquisition priorities in Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden. Working closely with another Talent Attraction Specialist based in Sweden, you will contribute to the development and execution of impactful talent attraction strategies across the Nordics.
In this role, you will:
• Understand and analyze local talent, employee, and market sentiments to identify gaps and strengthen our data-driven approach, measuring and reporting on global and local KPIs;
• Run focus groups and interviews to build talent personas that inform our attraction activities;
• Develop data-driven briefs to identify and prioritize attraction actions and execute those plans to deliver on Talent Acquisition objectives;
• Run talent‑nurturing strategies for key target groups within the Capgemini Talent Pool;
• Enable Talent Acquisition teams to adopt a segmented approach to the candidate market (Job descriptions templates, target group pitchs…);
• Build a best‑in‑class candidate experience from consideration to application, aligned with local candidate expectations and market best practices.
YOUR PROFILE
• A first experience in a talent acquisition, talent attraction or employer branding role, ideally in a global tech organization;
• 3 to 6 years of experience driving and implementing talent attraction and candidate experience projects;
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment;
• Experience with LinkedIn Talent Insights and Phenom will be a plus;
• Analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed decision-making;
• Experience managing complex stakeholders from different functions and aligning with a global strategy.
