About the job you are considering
Capgemini Global Insights & Data business line is a market leader in the data, platform, and analytics across all regions and across many sectors (manufacturing & life sciences). Our offerings include end-2-end data integration to cloud platform, complete suite of AI engineering capabilities and a category of sector-based advanced analytics / AI solutions.
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role
You will be the face of Capgemini AI in your country—a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders navigating AI transformation, not just a salesperson chasing deals.
What this means in practice:
- Trusted Advisory: Build deep relationships with CDOs, CAIOs, and CTOs at our strategic accounts. Understand their business challenges before pitching solutions. Become the person they call when they're thinking about AI—not just when they're buying.
- GTM Leadership: Own the AI go-to-market strategy for your country. Decide which industries to prioritize, which assets to lead with, which partners to activate. Shape how Capgemini shows up on AI in your market.
- Strategic Roadmaps: Co-create multi-year AI transformation roadmaps with customers. Connect their business outcomes to our capabilities. Turn one-off projects into long-term partnerships.
- Ecosystem Orchestration: Work with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Databricks, and McKinsey to shape joint propositions, secure co-investment, and bring the best of the ecosystem to each opportunity.
- Internal AI Leadership: Influence Capgemini's AI vision and assets. Bring customer insights back to product teams. Help shape reusable offerings that scale across Europe.
- You carry a sales target and you'll close deals—but you win by being strategic, not transactional. The best candidates see sales as the outcome of trusted relationships, not the starting point.
- You'll report to the VP AI Growth Leader and work across delivery teams, partners, and business lines to make things happen.
Your Skills and Experience
- Customer & Advisory - Own executive relationships with strategic accounts in your country - Run AI strategy workshops and maturity assessments with C-suite stakeholders - Co-develop AI transformation roadmaps aligned to customer business outcomes - Position Capgemini as the long-term AI partner, not a project vendor.
- Go-to-Market & Pipeline - Build and maintain a strong qualified AI pipeline - Achieve annual sales targets through strategic, high-value deals - Lead deal cycles from first conversation to signed contract - Shape and qualify opportunities before formal RFP processes begin.
- Ecosystem & Partners - Coordinate joint pursuits and co-investment with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Databricks - Activate McKinsey co-sell alliance for strategy-led engagements - Bring partner capabilities and funding into customer opportunities.
- Internal Leadership - Align proposals across business lines into one customer narrative - Feed customer insights back to shape Capgemini's AI assets and offerings - Contribute to European AI GTM strategy and country pipeline reviews.
- Extensive experience in AI, data, or technology consulting /professional services.
- Track record of building trusted C-suite relationships (CAIO, CDO, CTO, CIO).
- Experience leading large strategic deals where you shaped the vision, not just responded to RFPs.
- Ability to discuss GenAI, agentic AI, MLOps, and data platforms credibly with technical and business buyers.
- Existing relationships with hyperscaler partner teams (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Relevant cloud or AI certifications.
