Job Description

Seeking a highly skilled Electro-Mechanical Design Engineer with hands-on experience in Siemens NX CAD and Advanced Simulation Module (ASM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and validating integrated mechanical and electrical systems, supporting product development from concept through production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electro-mechanical components and assemblies using NX CAD.
• Perform simulations and validations using ASM to ensure mechanical integrity, thermal performance, and manufacturability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, mechanical, and systems engineers to ensure seamless integration.
• Create and manage detailed 3D models, 2D drawings, and engineering documentation.
• Apply engineering design principles and CAE tools to optimize product performance and reliability.
• Support design reviews, prototyping, and testing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in electro-mechanical design and CAD modeling.
• Proficiency in NX CAD and ASM (Advanced Simulation Module).
• Strong understanding of mechanical design, tolerance analysis, and material selection.
• Experience with computer-aided engineering (CAE) tools and simulation techniques.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or industrial equipment design.
• Familiarity with PLM systems and design for manufacturability (DFM).
• Knowledge of electrical harness routing and system-level integration.
