EDEV - Electromechanical Engineer | 4 to 6 years | Bengaluru, Coimbatore & Pune

Looking for a talented and experienced Electromechanical Engineer to join our Engineering Development (EDEV) team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in mechanical design, with a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles and a passion for developing innovative electromechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for electromechanical systems.
• Collaborate with electrical and systems engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical and electrical subsystems.
• Create and manage 3D models, 2D drawings, and engineering documentation using CAD tools.
• Conduct tolerance analysis, DFMEA, and design validation activities.
• Support prototype development, testing, and design iterations based on performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, manufacturing feasibility, and cost targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in electromechanical product development.
• Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, Creo).
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and product development environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to electromechanical integration, thermal management, or vibration analysis.
• Familiarity with PLM systems, engineering change management, and design documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.
