Job Description
Looking for a talented and experienced Electromechanical Engineer to join our Engineering Development (EDEV) team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in mechanical design, with a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles and a passion for developing innovative electromechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for electromechanical systems.
- Collaborate with electrical and systems engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical and electrical subsystems.
- Create and manage 3D models, 2D drawings, and engineering documentation using CAD tools.
- Conduct tolerance analysis, DFMEA, and design validation activities.
- Support prototype development, testing, and design iterations based on performance feedback.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, manufacturing feasibility, and cost targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in electromechanical product development.
- Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, Creo).
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and product development environments.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to electromechanical integration, thermal management, or vibration analysis.
- Familiarity with PLM systems, engineering change management, and design documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.
