About the Job you're considering
The SAP Delivery Executive is directly accountable for successful execution and completion of an assigned portfolio of programs and projects. Successful is defined as meeting the timeline, client and Capgemini financial commitments, and stated client outcomes while achieving all quality requirements.
A Delivery Executive is responsible for a single engagement or domain within an account and acts as Delivery Executive for business critical engagements. The Delivery Executives responsibilities include stakeholder's management or communication with the client, developing strong relationship with key client IT stakeholders, managing risks and client relationships and acting as first escalation instance for the EM, both internally and towards the client. They are responsible for overall delivery profitability and productivity, establishing a proper governance framework and ensures proper reporting. They will lead commercial management and take part to contract negotiation along with seeking to expand Capgeminis client footprint by identifying and anticipating and driving business opportunities.
Your Role
- The SAP Delivery Executive may be assigned up to six (6) concurrent engagements and/or clients. The number of engagements and/or clients that the SAP Delivery Executive is concurrently responsible for will be determined by the size, complexity, scope and criticality of each individual engagement, the SAP Delivery Executive’s ability to appropriately and adequately perform the required duties and available time. Responsible for the successful delivery of client outcomes and results.
- Establish and maintain direct and transparent relationships with appropriate senior level client contacts for each program and/or engagement assigned.
- Work consistently, expeditiously and proactively with appropriate client counterparts to understand and address identified issues and/or provide guidance on avoiding future issues that would impede the success of the client outcomes/results.
- Work with each Engagement Manager to understand deficiencies and/or issues with required assets and personnel required for the success of the engagement and take steps to remediate identified concerns.
- Vigilantly monitor and align scope to the agreed SOW; aggressively identify and process change orders for changes to contracted for scope and timelines
- Assure the objectives, scope, milestone(s) and deliverables reflected in the SOW are accurately and completely reflected in the program plan.
- Active monitoring of the plan including progress activity updates, adjustments aligned with the SOW and associated CRs and agreed-to replanning activities.
- Monitor each assigned engagement to identify potential issues and problems that can/will cause impediments to successful completion of each engagement.
- Work with the assigned engagement manager to aggressively address issues and problems as they occur and conduct a root cause analysis to mitigate future repetitive occurrences or hasten future resolution.
- Work directly with the SAP Business Line senior leadership and/or other Capgemini Business Unit and/or Business Line to identify remediation steps and/or solutions.
- Contribute to the creation of specific materials and content in response to client RFIs, RFPs and other inquiries as directed by Capgemini’s GTM function. ”Contribute” includes creating and providing specific materials on various subject matters, working with team members to draft and/or finalize portions of a response document, or be responsible/accountable for an entire response to be submitted to a client.
- Participate in client discussions, either face-to-face or remotely, to present to and interact with clients on the specific content of a submitted response or engage extemporaneously in client discussions to address points of inquiry that presents Capgemini as service provider capable and confident to address the client’s needs.
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor's Degree required in business management or a related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of SAP specific SAP (S/4) Transformation/ Delivery Director experience with 20+ years professional experience
- SAP certifications preferred (SAP, Agile, Scrum Master)
- Excellent written and verbal communications with Strong Executive Presence and Action oriented/self-motivated
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $103,879- $340,750
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
