Job Description

  • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar technical project management role in Data conversion area.
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development systems engineering and/or IT infrastructure.
  • Experience managing complex multi-disciplinary Card conversion projects and leading cross-functional teams to successful completion.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile Scrum or Waterfall with the ability to adapt to different team needs.
  • Ability to create and manage detailed data conversion project schedules resource plans and risk management strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on practical and scalable solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Research and properly evaluate sources of information to determine possible limitations in reliability or usability
  • Driving the conversion data mapping workshops transformation requirements and selection criteria mappings for data extraction.
  • Prepare detailed reports for management and other departments by analyzing and interpreting data
  • Train assistants and other members of the team how to properly organize findings and read data collected
  • Good exposure with Data conversion processes in Credit Cards Domain
