About The Job You're Considering
This is a pivotal leadership role to shape and scale Capgemini’s North America Insurance Insights & Data business at a time when Agentic AI and data are fundamentally redefining the insurance industry.
This role combines strategic vision, commercial ownership, and thought leadership, and positions you as the external face of Capgemini’s Insights & Data capabilities in North America. This role will report to the Global Insurance Sector leader.
Your Role (Responsibility)
Strategic & Commercial Leadership
· Own and execute the North America go-to-market strategy for Insurance Insights & Data, driving sustained revenue growth, pipeline expansion, and annuity business.
· Partner closely with account leaders and new business development teams to identify, shape, and close strategic opportunities across existing and new insurance clients.
· Engage directly with insurance CXOs to define AI- and data-led transformation agendas that deliver measurable business outcomes. ˙
Client Impact & Thought Leadership
· Serve as Capgemini’s executive spokesperson for Insurance Insights & Data, representing the firm with clients, partners, and the industry analyst community.
· Author white papers, points of view, and industry thought capital; speak at major industry conferences and forums.
· Help clients navigate a fragmented ecosystem of data, Agentic AI, and technology platforms through innovative measurement, test-and-learn, and analytical approaches.
People & Capability Leadership
· Lead and scale a high-performing organization of 100s of professionals, geographically dispersed across global locations.
· Leverage Capgemini’s investments in assets, tools and global capabilities to proactively create value for our insurance clients
· Build and strengthen internal capabilities across AI, advanced analytics, data engineering, and industry-specific solutions, with a strong focus on talent development and succession.
· Collaborate with global sector leaders and market units to replicate, expand, and deploy successful offerings across regions.
Your Skill and Experiences
Experience & Expertise
· 15+ years of leadership experience in insurance-focused data, analytics, AI, or technology environments, with deep understanding of insurance business models (Life, P&C, broking, reinsurance, or health).
· Proven success leading large-scale AI, analytics, data, and engineering engagements for insurance clients.
· Demonstrated ability to build internal capabilities and intellectual property, not solely rely on external sourcing.
· Strong track record of engaging and influencing CXO-level stakeholders across business and technology functions.
Leadership Capabilities
· Strategic thinker with the ability to translate industry trends into executable growth strategies.
· Credible executive presence with the ability to shape decisions without formal authority.
· Passionate people leader with experience mentoring and developing leaders at scale across global teams.
Education
· Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $200,000-$350,000
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
