Principal Delivery Executive

Role Overview
The GCP CoE Leader will spearhead the growth, capability development, and delivery excellence of our Google Cloud practice. This role encompasses sales enablement, solution leadership, project delivery oversight, and thought leadership across the firm. The ideal candidate is both a strategic leader and a hands‑on technologist with strong consulting experience and the ability to guide customers through cloud transformation on GCP. The GCP CoE Leader will work closely with practice leadership, sales teams, alliances, delivery teams, and cross‑functional groups to drive revenue, build market credibility, and ensure high‑quality execution for GCP‑based engagements.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Go-To-Market Support
Lead pre‑sales activities including client workshops, solution design, technical assessments, and proposal development.
Develop reusable assets such as solution blueprints, reference architectures, value propositions, and accelerators.
Collaborate with Google Cloud alliance teams to maximize funding, certifications, joint account planning, and market activation.
Partner with sales teams to drive pipeline creation and deal conversion for GCP‑related opportunities.
Delivery Leadership
Oversee delivery excellence across all GCP projects, ensuring quality, on‑time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Serve as an executive sponsor or escalation point for strategic client engagements.
Guide teams in designing and delivering solutions across data, AI/ML, analytics, application modernization, infrastructure modernization, and industry‑specific GCP solutions.
Promote best practices, engineering standards, and modern cloud operating models.
Practice & Capability Development
Build and scale internal capabilities across the consulting organization, including training, certifications, and competency development.
Drive recruitment and career development for architects, engineers, and domain experts within the GCP practice.
Define and maintain the GCP CoE roadmap, maturity model, and service catalog.

Thought Leadership & Market Positioning
Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and partner forums.
Publish thought leadership including blogs, PoVs, whitepapers, and case studies.
Drive internal knowledge sharing and participate in global CoE communities.
Operational & Partner Management
Manage relationships with key Google Cloud stakeholders — sales, partner engineering, marketing, and product teams.
Track and report practice performance across bookings, consumption, utilization, certifications, and customer success KPIs.
Support annual planning, investment decisions, and strategic initiative execution.

Required Skills & Experience
15+ years in cloud consulting, with at least 5 years focused on Google Cloud Platform.
Proven experience leading multi‑million‑dollar cloud transformation programs.
Strong pre‑sales and client‑facing skills, including executive‑level communication.
Deep expertise in several GCP domains (e.g., BigQuery, Vertex AI, GKE, data modernization, app modernization, serverless, security).
Demonstrated track record of developing talent, scaling teams, and driving practice growth.
Strong understanding of cloud economics, partner programs, and enterprise sales motions.
Ability to influence and collaborate across a global consulting organization.
Relevant GCP certifications (Professional Cloud Architect, Data Engineer, etc.) strongly preferred.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field required

Job Description

A Delivery Executive is responsible for a single engagement or domain within an account and acts as Delivery Executive for business critical engagements. The Delivery Executives responsibilities include stakeholder's management or communication with the client, developing strong relationship with key client IT stakeholders, managing risks and client relationships and acting as first escalation instance for the EM, both internally and towards the client. They are responsible for overall delivery profitability and productivity, establishing a proper governance framework and ensures proper reporting. They will lead commercial management and take part to contract negotiation along with seeking to expand Capgeminis client footprint by identifying and anticipating and driving business opportunities.

Job Description - Grade Specific

Delivery Executive Confirmed Delivery Executive with 5+ years of experience in the role, for a largeorinternational account covering a large part of the Capgemini portfolio and containing multi tower engagements.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $121,300 to $268,170

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
