We are seeking an Echo Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) - the tip of the spear for deploying AI-native solutions into live client environments. Working at the intersection of engineering, product, and client engagement, you’ll turn ambiguous business problems into working, Echo-powered solutions that drive measurable outcomes. FDEs aren’t traditional developers - they’re builders, problem solvers, and operators who embed with client teams to rapidly design, deploy, and scale AI-driven capabilities across real workflows, then stay to make them stick

 

Business Architects define and structure the business strategy, capabilities, services, governance, organizational domains and key business processes. They align goals and objectives with products, processes, services, partners and suppliers to optimise the enterprise organisation, its capabilities and initiatives. The key focus is on the e2e value delivery, the business operations and business motivations linking the enterprise networks together.   Business Architects define and ensure a comprehensive and coherent view across business domains, from strategy to execution. They model and create organisational value capabilities, structures and maps to optimise transformation and change, operational value delivery and a rationalised and sustainable IT.

 

Business Architect Work with external or internal clients to build a holistic view of the strategy, capabilities, services, governance, organizational domains and key business process assets for their organization. Lead business architecture solutions for a complete project or lead teams across multiple projects. Lead the integration of project solutions and governance. Certification: preferably Capgemini Architects certification level 1 or 2, IAF and TOGAF 9 or equivalent.

Your Role

 

  • Embed within client teams to understand workflows, pain points, and value levers, and translate ambiguous business problems into deployable AI-native solutions.
  • Own end-to-end implementation from concept to prototype to production in live client environments.
  • Configure, extend, and deploy Echo agents, workflows, and orchestration layers, integrating across enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, data platforms, and APIs).
  • Design workflows that combine human and digital labor - optimizing task allocation, throughput, cost efficiency, and experience outcomes.
  • Develop POCs and MVPs in days or weeks and iterate in real time with client stakeholders to drive adoption.
  • Quantify business impact and support the transition from pilot to scaled enterprise rollout, establishing reusable patterns, accelerators, and deployment playbooks.

Your Skills and Experience

 

  • Minimum-  Bachelors Degree 
  • 5+ years building and shipping software, including time in client-facing or otherwise ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Strong engineering foundation: Python, APIs, and at least one major cloud platform.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/LLMs, automation, or agent-based systems.
  • Ability to break ambiguous problems into structured, deployable solutions with a strong bias to action, and systems thinking across end-to-end workflows.
  • Strong client-facing communication, with the ability to engage business and technology stakeholders simultaneously in high-ambiguity environments.
  • Nice to have: experience integrating with enterprise systems such as SAP or Salesforce; familiarity with data pipelines and orchestration frameworks.
  • Nice to have: prior consulting, forward-deployed, or startup founding/early-engineer experience; exposure to agent orchestration, RAG, or evaluation and observability tooling.

 

 

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082- $233,740

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
