Job Description -
The Architect Integration Developer will lead the solution architecture and systems integration for the Earnix Program in the US ensuring robust scalable and secure connectivity between Earnix and core platforms. eg policy admin billing claims data platforms external rating content and partner ecosystems. The role blends enterprise solution architecture with hands on integration development covering APIs eventing accelerators connectors CICD and nonfunctional architecture performance resilience observability.
Earnix provides enterprise grade pricing rating with prebuilt accelerators. eg the Price it for Guidewire accelerator and an ecosystem of integrations that enable real-time quotes and rate deployment. your job is to design and operationalize these patterns within landscape earnixcom
Key Responsibilities
Architecture Design
Define target state integration architecture for Earnix across quoting rating underwriting billing and renewal journeys aligning to reference architecture and security standards.
Select and govern architectural patterns synchronous RESTful APIs message event streaming bulk batch file based data contracts and error handling approaches that meet nonfunctional needs latency throughput resiliency observability
Leverage prebuilt accelerators connectors eg Earnix Guidewire accelerator Earnix Sapiens IDIT Suite connector and evaluate build vs buy tradeoffs for faster time to value earnixcom iireportercom insurte chanalystcom
Incorporate industry integrations such as Verisk ISO ERC commercial lines rating content to improve speed to market and compliance in US lines veriskcom
Integration Development
Design build and secure APIs and services that exchange data between Earnix and core platforms eg Guidewire Policy Center Billing Claim or equivalent including request response mapping orchestration idempotency and versioning workopoliscom guidewirecom
Implement integration flows using enterprise iPaaS or integration frameworks eg MuleSoft Apache Camel and enable CICD pipelines automated testing and release automation for integration assets workopoliscom
Establish telemetry logging tracing metrics and SRE practices for production grade reliability and performance at scale
Program Stakeholder Leadership
Partner with product owners enterprise architects security and pricing actuarial leaders to translate business objectives into architectural roadmaps and milestone plans
Lead technical workshops and solution walkthroughs with delivery partners eg Guidewire Earnix SaaS vendors ensuring designs align to platform standards and best practices guidewirecom
Provide technical leadership to developers conduct design code reviews and mentor teams on integration patterns domain models and platform capabilities
Governance Compliance
Define integration guardrails naming standards API versioning schema governance PIIPHI handling auditability to meet US regulatory and enterprise policy requirements
Maintain architecture artifacts context diagrams sequence diagrams interface catalogs runbooks and ensure alignment with engineering governance and hiring application processes
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$130000- 170000
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
