Job Description

Key Responsibilities

 

Earnix Model Development Configuration

  • Design build and maintain pricing rating and underwriting models within the Earnix platform PriceIt Model Builder Strategy Trees
  • Configure rating logic business rules eligibility rules and segmentation using Earnix decisioning frameworks
  • Build and optimize simulation environments scenario analyses and AB testing configurations
  • Implement and validate predictive models developed by actuarial and data science teams
  • Ensure Earnix model configuration adheres to best practices governance frameworks and actuarial modeling standards

Data Pipelines Integration

  • Design and configure data ingestion pipelines and data transformations inside Earnix
  • Map and validate data feeds between Earnix and upstreamdownstream systems eg Guidewire PolicyCenter data lakes APIs
  • Collaborate with integration teams to implement APIs batch interfaces and eventdriven integrations
  • Ensure realtime and batch integrations are performant robust and in line with enterprise integration architecture

Testing QA Deployment

  • Conduct unit testing regression testing and performance validation for pricing models
  • Participate in SITUAT cycles and support business testers in validating rates and rules
  • Troubleshoot defects and resolve issues related to model logic data flows and environment configurations
  • Prepare deployment packages and documentation for release into production environments

Business Collaboration Requirements

  • Translate actuarial specifications pricing algorithms and underwriting requirements into technical Earnix configuration
  • Work with business stakeholders and subjectmatter experts to refine rating logic and strategies
  • Provide insights into pricing model performance limitations and optimization opportunities
  • Contribute to requirement workshops design reviews and Agile ceremonies

Governance Documentation Best Practices

  • Maintain detailed documentation for pricing models transformation logic rule frameworks and integration mappings
  • Ensure compliance with internal model governance audit requirements and changecontrol processes
  • Promote standardized development practices across Earnix projects and business lines

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 90000 - 120000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
