Your Role
Overall, the Business Technology Management Consultant will Develop and implement platform strategy, IT strategy, and IT operating models. Lead Agile and technology transformation initiatives. Design and architect technology solutions to meet business needs. Drive collaborative selling and business development efforts. Foster people development and team growth.
What you will do:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support platform strategy and IT strategy development.
- Create and implement IT operating models to enhance efficiency.
- Lead Agile transformation projects, including planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
- Drive technology transformation efforts, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
- Design and architect technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
- Lead collaborative selling efforts, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in management consulting or a related role.
- Strong understanding of platform strategy, IT strategy, and IT operating models.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and technology transformation processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead project teams.
- Proven experience in collaborative selling and business development.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Open to working onsite at Capgemini Hub locations and travel to client site

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $127,500 - $249,350
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
