ABOUT THE TEAM

The Data Driven Transformation (DDT) team at Capgemini Invent is at the forefront of helping organizations unlock the full potential of their data to drive strategic, scalable, and sustainable change. As part of Capgemini’s Strategy & Transformation Consulting practice, the DDT team brings together deep expertise in data strategy, architecture, governance, and AI to deliver end-to-end transformation solutions tailored to industry-specific needs.

Our unified team structure enables seamless collaboration across domains such as Data & AI Advisory, Data Platforms & Architecture, and Applied Data Fusion. We support clients across sectors—including manufacturing, energy, consumer products, and life sciences—by designing future-ready operating models, embedding data-centric cultures, and accelerating value realization through agile delivery models 1.

YOUR ROLE

The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of success within Data & AI Concepts of a leading management consulting firm. They will demonstrate:

  • Acts as an anchor for end-to-end data and AI projects, interfacing with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Focus is on solutioning, client engagement, and project leadership.
  • Lead and deliver AI, generative AI, and agentic projects from strategy through implementation.
  • Qualify business problem statements and determine appropriate AI or non-AI solutions.
  • Advise clients on the differences between traditional AI, machine learning, generative AI, and agentic technologies, including when each is appropriate.
  • Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact for AI project delivery.
  • For product-focused candidates: manage AI product roadmaps, requirements, and feature rollouts, ensuring alignment with business needs.

YOUR PROFILE

We would love to see a candidate with:

  • Strong management consulting background with hands-on experience in AI or generative AI strategy projects, ideally as an engagement or project lead.
  • Product management experience with a pivot into AI product management, including exposure to AI technology stacks and feature development.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and vice versa.
  • Excellent client-facing, communication, and relationship management skills.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $105,600 - $199,480

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
