Value Realization Office Leader

Job Description

Capgemini is a global major in value-added Digital Supply Chain services for its clients. This is also a key focus area of organization growth. You will be part of Practice team that plays a critical role in pre-sales and delivery transformation through assessments, solution shaping and transformation projects for large multi-year supply chain services engagements.  As a Value Realization Lead, you will drive measurable business outcomes for large-scale supply chain transformation programs. You will bridge strategy, technology, and operations to ensure clients achieve tangible value (cost, service, working capital, resilience) from digital and process transformation initiative

  • Value Strategy & Business Case: Define value realization frameworks for supply chain transformation programs. Build and validate business cases (cost reduction, inventory optimization, service level improvement). Quantify baseline metrics, benefits, and ROI aligned to client KPIs. Align transformation initiatives with CFO-level financial outcomes
  • Transformation Enablement: Partner with solution architects, delivery teams, and client stakeholders. Embed value realization into solution design and implementation. Drive change management to ensure adoption and sustained outcomes. Engage with C-level stakeholders (COO, CFO, Supply Chain Heads), Present value realization insights and program performance. Act as trusted advisor for continuous improvement and transformation roadmap
  • Thought Leadership & Practice Development: Develop value realization frameworks, accelerators, and reusable assets. Create industry-specific value benchmarks (CPG, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.) Support pre-sales with differentiated value propositions
  • Strong ability to link operational improvements to P&L and balance sheet impact
  • Analytical: Ability to analyze supply chain operational data, high-level company financial to identify opportunities, develop data-driven approach with strong insight generation capabilities
  • Technical: User knowledge of any one ERP and best of breed supply chain planning systems like SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Llama soft, E2Open, Anaplan, JDA etc. Good knowledge of MS Excel and preparing PowerPoint presentations. Knowledge of decision intelligence would be a plus.
  • Functional: Deep E2E supply chain management expertise (planning, Order management, logistics, inventory, S&OP, network optimization etc)

Primary Skills

  • 14+ years of experience in supply chain consulting or operations role with Proven experience driving measurable value in large transformation programs
  • Experience in FMCG/CPG/Retail/Manufacturing industry. Multinational exposure is preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Tier-1 Engineering Colleges preferred)
  • MBA Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics /Engineering (preferred)
  • Any relevant supply chain specific certifications like APICS (desirable)
