Your Role

  • The Person is responsible for managing the ongoing client engagements on a daily basis including operations and productivity improvement initiatives.
  • Research and enrich existing product offerings
  • Build & ensure all relevant data templates are available for spend analysis
  • Interacting with client and Managing relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure on time and quality delivery of regular reports and dashboards & tracks delivery KPIs.
  • Responsible for product/capability demo to internal & external stakeholders.
  • Active participation in capability development initiatives leading to value added projects for clients.
  • Measure, track and meet SLA metrics (schedule adherence, accuracy, timeliness etc.) / Performance & People Management
  • The candidate should be able to challenge conventional thought, offer unique perspectives and conceive innovative solutions for clients.
  • Familiarity with procurement intelligence & its impact on procurement activity

Your Profile

  • Should have Spend/Procurement analytics related experience.
  • Should have procurement related project delivery experience.
  • Slice and dice data, present spend info in relevant desirable formats for easy inference and decision making for clients.
  • Passionate to research new trends happening in P2P cycle and adopt it.
  • Excellent knowledge of Supply Chain/Operations concepts
  • Strong analytical abilities, with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated decision making and problem solving skills
  • Comprehensive skills in query/reporting tools such as MS Access, SQL, MS Excel and PowerPoint, Tableau, PowerBI,VBA etc..,
  • Experience retrieving/summarizing big transactional data sets and integrating those data with customer and merchandise data to develop new insights.
