Your Role

HRSD Module Development: Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules including Case Management, Employee Service Center, and Lifecycle Events.

Customization & Scripting: Build and maintain custom workflows, business rules, UI policies, client/server scripts, and HR-specific automation.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR process owners and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.

Integration Management: Implement and support integrations with third-party systems such as Workday, SAP, Active Directory, and other HR tools.

Platform Maintenance: Perform upgrades, patches, and ensure platform stability while maintaining detailed technical documentation and user guides.
Your Profile
- 6–9 years of enterprise IT experience with advanced expertise in ServiceNow HRSD implementations, including the design, configuration, and deployment of HR Service Delivery solutions such as HR Case Management, Employee Center, and Lifecycle Events.
- Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and system components, including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policies, Forms, Notifications, Web Services, and Knowledge Management, tailored to HR use cases and employee self-service experiences.
- Proven experience in developing, configuring, and deploying new HRSD modules, workflows, and employee service catalog items aligned with HR business processes, compliance standards, and organizational policies.
- Hands-on proficiency in client-side and server-side JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs, and automation routines such as Scheduled Jobs, with a focus on streamlining HR operations and enhancing employee engagement.
- Skilled in Service Portal and Widget development, integration with third-party HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Active Directory), and delivering scalable, enterprise-grade HR solutions with a strong understanding of HR service delivery best practices.
