Your Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Service Delivery Manager / Scrum Master to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact projects using agile methodology. This role blends agile leadership with delivery management, ensuring that timelines, budgets, stakeholder expectations, and milestones are aligned and executed flawlessly.
You’ll be the glue between strategy and execution—facilitating agile ceremonies, removing roadblocks, and driving continuous improvement across delivery streams.
In this role, you will:
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and business objectives
• Facilitate Scrumban ceremonies including daily stand-ups, planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and success metrics
• Monitor and report on delivery progress, risks, and dependencies using agile dashboards and KPIs
• Champion agile best practices and foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and team velocity tracking
• Act as a servant leader, coaching teams on agile principles and delivery excellence
• Ensure stakeholder alignment through regular communication and expectation management
Your Profile
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in project delivery, agile coaching, or service management roles
• Proven experience with Scrumban or hybrid agile methodologies
• Strong understanding of delivery governance, budgeting, and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello) and reporting frameworks
• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills
• Certification in Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or SAFe preferred
• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments or regulated industries
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with ITIL or service management frameworks
• Ability to lead distributed or remote teams
