Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Workday Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Workday integrations, reporting, and technical development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and supporting Workday solutions across HCM, Payroll, Finance, and Talent modules.

  • Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, DT, and APIs.
  • Develop inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party applications.
  • Create and maintain Workday Reports, Calculated Fields, Composite Reports, and Dashboards.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Support Workday implementation, enhancement, and production support activities.

Your Profile

  • Troubleshoot integration and data issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Participate in testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT.
  • Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
  • Support Workday releases and feature adoption.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Calculated Fields, XML, XSLT, JSON
  • Strong experience with Workday HCM integrations.
  • Experience with middleware tools such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workday Cloud Connect.
  • Knowledge of data transformation and integration best practices.
  • Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
