Capgemini is seeking a Director/Sr Director level executive to IBO Transformation P&C.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and shape end-to-end supply chain and IBO transformation programmes.
• Deliver required business cases, models, transition plans and transformation roadmaps.
• Advise clients on planning, customer service, logistics, inventory, AI enablement and related performance management topics
• Ensure high-quality, value-led delivery with strong executive stakeholder engagement

Primary Skills

• Minimum of 15 years’ experience across a blend of management consulting, client operations management and ideally technology enablement with a proven track record in large-scale supply operations and related outsourcing of managed services transformation.
• Commercially credible and client-facing you can be relied upon to drive growth and delivery of next generation intelligent supply chain operations within the intelligent business operations ecosystem.
• Skilled and experienced in a mix of different industries with specialism in one of the following; Consumer Products, Life Sciences, Retail, Industrial, Aerospace and Defence and Automotive

The role will lead strategy, design, transition and client transformation programmes to unlock value through AI, outcome based commercial models, enabling technology and related process and organizational design.

• Be a leader and major contributor across the full client engagement cycle with proven ability to sell, shape and deliver complex supply chain operations.
• Creative and innovative mindset and capable of combining that with proven with expertise in changes in business model re-designs and digital transformation.
• Deep expertise in Supply Chain with major SME in either planning, customer operations, procurement or fulfilment
• Apply leading thinking around agentic first and outcome based commercial models practices in order to design and implement intelligent business operations
• Lead and work collaboratively with client team executives to plan and deliver shared services or global business services solutions
• Support the leadership of business development activities and revenue growth projects and consulting led engagements for existing and new clients
• Develop detailed work plans, direct project teams, deliver status, meet deadlines, manage to budget, meet or exceed quality standards
• Serve as a subject matter advisor to senior level clients
