Job Description

Capgemini is a global major in value-added Digital Supply Chain services for its clients. This is also a key focus area of organization growth. You will be part of Practice team that plays a critical role in pre-sales and transformation through assessments, solution shaping and SAP transformation projects for large multi-year supply chain services engagements. This role combines deep SAP expertise with functional supply chain leadership.

• Solution Architecture & Design: Lead design of end-to-end S/4HANA supply chain solutions (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver), Define target operating models integrating business processes and SAP capabilities, Drive fit-gap workshops and solution blueprinting
• Delivery: Provide leadership, ownership and accountability to drive SAP transformation initiatives and execute high-criticality transformation projects for supply chain engagement.
• Innovation & Thought Leadership: Build accelerators, industry solutions, and reusable frameworks, Leverage AI, analytics, and automation within S/4 ecosystem, Contribute to supply chain digital transformation strategy
• Technical: Expertise in modules such as: SAP IBP / APO (or equivalent planning tools), MM, PP, SD, EWM, TM. f , SAP Standard Process Assets, SAP Signavio and Fiori apps
• Integrate planning with execution processes across supply chain
• Experience in leading multiple transformational projects using S/4HANA
• Functional: Deep E2E supply Chain Management expertise (planning, Order management, logistics, inventory, S&OP, network optimization etc)
• Analytical: Ability to analyze supply chain operational data, high-level company financial to identify opportunities, develop insights and prepare business cases.
• Strong business acumen and execution experience in supply chain process and SAP S4HANA systems

• Strong decision making, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
• Sound judgement skills and ability to solve unstructured problems with assumptions.

Primary Skills

• 12-15 years of experience in supply chain consulting or operations role with Strong experience in S/4HANA supply chain modules and transformations
• Experience in S/4HANA implementation and transformation for FMCG/CPG/Retail/Manufacturing industry. Multinational exposure is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Tier-1 Engineering Colleges preferred)
• Relevant Certifications in SAP S/4HANA (preferred)
• MBA Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics /Engineering (preferred)
