The Opportunity
At Leadership role, he/she/they will be considered an expert in managing and delivering Reporting & Analytics program/projects, working across complex businesses to solve organizational problems through innovative solutions.

Primary Skills

In this role he/she/they will play a key role in:
•    Managing complex Reporting & Analytics program / projects across the full lifecycle, delivering on time and on budget while maintaining a commercial eye on future opportunities.
•    Leading and motivating cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring accountability and excellent deliverables.
•    Govern multi‑stream reporting & Analytics operations (P2P, O2C, R2R, Operational KPIs, Quality, Productivity dashboards).
•    Working closely with key client stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, critical success factors, and resource requirements.
•    Managing project prioritization, cost/benefit analysis, risk assessment, and feasibility studies.
•    Removing obstacles and protecting your team from external interruptions while facilitating alternative solution approaches using a consultative style.

Secondary Skills

Our Ideal Candidate
•    Around 20 years of overall Experience, including a minimum of 13+ years delivering projects across Reporting & Analytics capabilities
•    Experience in Managing project scope, risks, assumptions, and dependencies throughout the delivery lifecycle.
•    Experience managing Complex System Integration projects covering Data Engineering, Data Quality, Data Governance, MDM, Change Management, and Integration technologies.
•    Understanding software development lifecycle processes and experience working in large-scale programs.
•    Market standard project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, or equivalent)
•    Experience in commercial negotiation, financial management, and delivery to budget.
•    Proven capability to contribute to sales activities, create priced delivery propositions, and present to clients.
•    Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and hyperscaler platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) Preferred 
•    Ability to lead transformation programs that leverage AI/ML for reporting modernization, including anomaly detection, forecast modelling, and intelligent KPI monitoring
•    Strong understanding of how AI/ML, GenAI, and predictive analytics enhance reporting, forecasting, and operational governance

•    Awareness of AI‑augmented BI capabilities such as automated insights, natural language query (NLQ), and AI-generated storytelling dashboards.
•    Good communication, presentation and internal/external stakeholder management skills
•    Demonstrate deep experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
•    Track record in delivery by leading through engagement, influencing stakeholders, motivating others and foster synergy
