YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a qualified the Production planning with a strong focus on Customer Commitment, Operational Excellence, and profitable growth, you will be part of a dynamic organization shaping the future of the automotive industry. In this role you will play a key role in:

• Demand Consolidation & Validation
• Supply Planning & Capacity Assessment
• Scenario Planning & Trade‑Off Analysis
• Identify demand‑supply gaps, constrained models, options, and features.
• Plan Release & Communication
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration
• Support executive S&OP, Volume & Mix, and Regional Planning governance forums with fact‑based insights.

YOUR PROFILE

• Above profile with 14+ years of experience
• Operates independently on SC planning, S&OP and execution processes
• Acts as a subject-matter expert for SC planning and S&OP in Planning system (like Kinaxis)
• Provides recommendations and insights rather than final decision authority.
• Supports managers and leads through analysis, scenario modeling, and operational execution.
