Your Role

We are looking for a qualified Procurement Sourcing expert to be a part of our company. Tactical Sourcing bridges operational procurement and strategic sourcing. The role focuses on supplier selection, cost optimization, and executing sourcing strategies for medium-term needs.

 

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Conduct RFQs/RFPs and analyse supplier quotations
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement sourcing strategies
  • Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with category managers and stakeholders
  • Perform spend analysis and demand consolidation
  • Support contract creation and execution
  • Ensure risk mitigation and supplier continuity

Your Profile

  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Supplier evaluation and benchmarking
  • Cost analysis and savings identification
  • Stakeholder management
  • Market awareness and sourcing strategy understanding
  • Typical KPI’s such as Cost savings achieved (%), Supplier performance improvement, RFQ cycle time,
  • 3 to 8 years of experience required
  • Sourcing tools (Ariba Sourcing, Coupa, Jaggaer), Spend analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, modelling), Contract lifecycle management tools
