Your Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced BI developer that will drive to design, develop, and enhance interactive financial reporting dashboards. The resource will assess existing reporting processes and data sources, develop scalable Power BI data models and visualizations, and deliver executive-level dashboards for financial performance reporting. This role will support the modernization of current reporting practices, improve accessibility to business insights, and identify opportunities for automation and reporting optimization.

 

In this role you will play a key role in:

 

  • Advanced Power BI Development (Power BI Desktop & Service)
  • DAX and Power Query (M)
  • Data Modeling (Star Schema, Relationships, Semantic Models)
  • Dashboard & Data Visualization Design
  • Financial Reporting & Analytics (P&L, Revenue, Gross Profit, Variance Analysis)
  • Data Integration (Excel, SharePoint, Databases, Finance Systems)
  • Report Performance Optimization
  • Requirements Analysis and Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Data Validation and Reconciliation

Your Profile

  • Experience transforming Excel-based reporting into Power BI solutions
  • FP&A / Financial Reporting domain knowledge
  • Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or SQL experience
  • Reporting automation and governance
  • Time zone: Can support US time zone
  • A hands-on and expert Power BI Developer who can build dashboards end-to-end while also advising on data model and reporting architecture improvements.
