YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a qualified Order Management expert to be a part of our company.

 

In this role you will play a key role in:

 

  • Order Management and Logistics Analyst ensure timely order fulfilment, from order entry to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate shipments. This role requires coordinating with various departments, optimizing logistics operations.
  • Quick Response to all requests & information
  • Responsible for Creation & modification of PO/SO/Delivery note & invoice, Shipping documents
  • Identification of exceptions and providing resolution to issues.  Expertise in Supply chain Order management & Logistics. Act as a back- up for team lead.
  • Should be able to manage operations and management priorities with smooth deliverables in both the areas.
  • Lead a small group/region within the team. Should drive process updates session all team members enhancing self & team knowledge in supply chain.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Problem-solving skills for handling exceptions
  • Apply predictive analytics to anticipate market changes and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication for cross-functional coordination.
  • Flexible to work in all the shift
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines.
  • 5 to 8 years expereince
