Job Description
Overall 10+ years of full stack development experience using Java in Telecom domain
3+ years of TMF compliant OSS solution development experience for any of - TMF633/634/638/639/641/645/652 specifications preferably using open-source frameworks- OpenSlice, Temporal, Camunda
4+ years of Full Stack development experience using Java, Springboot, event driven development
3+ years of experience on transaction db- Postgres and NoSQL database- Mongo, Cassandra
Experience on TMF641 data modelling for IP transit services- ISP, Content Provider, Peering
Good understanding of telecom service fulfillment, activation workflows, and service lifecycle management.
Desirable
Experience in southbound integration with NSO, Inventory like Cisco NSO etc.
Experience with OIDC/OAuth2 based authentication and API authorization using open source/third party IAM stacks like Keycloak
Experience with API Gateway Integration, API management- versioning, URL re-writing and processing
Experience in using Agentic AI, BMAD tools like Claude for software development
Experience with messaging and queue services like Kafka, ActiveMQ and/or JMS
Experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience with OpenStack and Kubernetes
Key Responsibilities-
Design and develop TM Forum-compliant OSS solutions using modern Java and microservices architecture using Agentic AI factory.
Implement service ordering, inventory, qualification, and fulfillment workflows using TMF Open APIs.
Develop orchestration workflows using Temporal, Camunda, or equivalent workflow engines.
Integrate OSS platforms with network orchestration systems such as Cisco NSO and inventory platforms.
Build scalable event-driven architectures leveraging WebSockets, messaging, and asynchronous processing.
Collaborate with architecture, network, and operations teams to deliver carrier-grade OSS capabilities.
Implement secure APIs and integrations using OAuth2/OIDC standards.
Drive adoption of AI-assisted development practices to improve engineering productivity and quality.
