Your Role

We are seeking a talented and driven New Product Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting complex data sets to drive informed business decisions. 

In this role you will play a key role in:

 

  • Bill of Material (BOM) creation and maintenance
  • Material Creation and Material Master Maintenance
  • Artwork Creation and Management for NPD Packaging
  • New Product Development (NPD) process
  • SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA
  • PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) tools
  • Experience in MDM, PLM, SAP (or equivalent ERP systems)
  • Knowledge of SKU management, BOM creation, and master data governance
  • Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and timelines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (issue tracking, RCA)
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy

Your Profile

  • On-time NPD launches
  • Accuracy of PID and product master data
  • BOM completeness and readiness
  • Artwork approval cycle time
  • Successful execution of product phase-in/phase-out and delisting
  • 3 to 12 years expereince required.
