Job Description

 

Your Profile

  • Well-versed in LTE and NR fundamentals, including call flows, procedures, and multi-layer network configurations (FDD + TDD). Skilled in troubleshooting complex network issues using L3 analysis and implementing effective optimization solutions independently.
  • Hands-on experience with Nokia AirScale BTS hardware, including system and RF modules, with a solid understanding of gains, losses, and overall network behavior. Proficient in industry tools such as NetAct, TEMS, and Nemo, along with strong knowledge of LTE/NR counters, KPIs, and feature tuning.
  • A proactive professional capable of managing site-specific technical issues, executing parameter changes, and ensuring customer acceptance through measurable network performance improvements.

Your Role

  • Perform OSS-based RF optimization for LTE and 5G networks, focusing on KPI monitoring, degradation analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for KPI issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Optimize multi-layer LTE/NR networks (FDD + TDD) in both idle and dedicated modes.
  • Analyze L3 call traces and troubleshoot network issues related to accessibility, retainability, mobility, and throughput.
  • Execute parameter tuning and feature optimization, ensuring alignment with network performance targets.
  • Work with Nokia NetAct for configuration, KPI tracking, and performance analysis.
  • Utilize tools such as TEMS and Nemo for drive testing and data analysis.Handle Nokia LTE/5G counters and KPIs, ensuring proper interpretation        and optimization actions.
  • Perform hardware-level analysis of Nokia AirScale BTS, including system and RF modules.
