MDM Associate

Your Role

• Analyse Out of Balance (OOB) errors between Warehouse Systems and SAP (S/4)
• Research OOB errors for situation root cause and proper resolution to correct
• Adjust inventory records to correct the OOB situation, e.g. receipts, returns, shipments, locations, etc
• Support audits of OOB backlog and reconciliations
• Generate reports on Out of Balance conditions and corrections
• Support warehouse/store teams during peak demand periods and audits

Your Profile

• Understanding of Inventory across the Sales Order, Logistics and Customer processes
• Strong Analytical & Problem Solving skills with High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills for coordination with Warehouse staff and central teams
• Strong Excel skills (inventory tracking, reporting, data analysis)
• Ability to work in a high volume environment with multiple SKUs and Warehouses
