MBD Vehicle Dynamics Engineer

Location: Chennai
Experience: 2–4 years

Your Role

As an MBD Vehicle Dynamics Engineer, you will be responsible for modeling and simulation of vehicle dynamics using advanced tools and scripting. You’ll work on chassis, suspension, and steering systems, contributing to performance analysis and design optimization.

In this role, you will:

  • Apply vehicle dynamics theory to analyze suspension kinematics, compliance, and road load data.
  • Perform modeling and simulation using tools such as ADAMS and Simpack.
  • Use Python and JavaScript for automation and scripting tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support design and performance improvements.
  • Work with 3D CAE technologies and contribute to simulation workflows.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech).
  • 2–4 years of experience in the automotive domain.
  • Strong knowledge of chassis, suspension, and steering systems.
  • Proficient in Simpack, MATLAB, Python, and vehicle dynamics fundamentals.
  • Experience with scripting and automation using Python and JavaScript.
  • Female candidates are preferred for this role.
