Your Role

We are looking for Experienced Logistics & Transportation Consultant with expertise in supply chain transformation, transportation operations, freight management, logistics cost optimization, and operating model design. Responsible for driving process improvements, transportation technology enablement, logistics transitions, and operational excellence across global supply chains.

 

In this role you will play a key role in:

 

  • Analyze and optimize transportation and logistics operations across Road, Ocean, and SPOT shipments.
  • Conduct logistics cost optimization, freight spend analysis, and value-unlock assessments.
  • Design AS-IS and TO-BE process maps, SOPs, and operating models.
  • Support implementation and optimization of TMS solutions such as OTM, Track & Trace, and planning integration tools.
  • Develop dashboards and KPIs to improve shipment visibility and carrier performance management.
  • Lead logistics transition activities including knowledge transfer, hypercare, and stabilization.
  • Perform FTE estimation, productivity analysis, and continuous improvement assessments.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, UAT, fit-gap analysis, and solution validation sessions.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives involving automation, analytics, and AI/ML use cases.

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
  • 6-9 years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Operations, or Consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of freight operations, carrier management, transportation planning, and logistics execution.
  • Experience with Transportation Management Systems (OTM, SAP TM) and supply chain technologies.
  • Exposure to process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in client-facing workshops, presentations, and transformation projects.
