YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a talented and driven Transport / Logistics Specialist with experience to manage transportation planning, execution, and optimization activities. The role focuses on ensuring efficient shipment movement, cost control, and high service levels through strong coordination with carriers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders.

 

In this role you will play a key role in:

 

  • Proficient in SAP ITP for endtoend order management and daily operations
  • Strong verbal and written communication with customers and crossfunctional stakeholders
  • Advanced analytical skills with proven ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and derive insights
  • Solid expertise in customs compliance, export documentation, and financial flows under an invoice
  • Deep understanding of core business processes and supply chain principles and practices
  • Strong knowledge of the company’s demand and supply network and how it impacts order execution
  • Consistent use of KPIs and official global reports to drive daily analysis, improvements, and decisions
  • Prepares analysis to initiate discussions or negotiations and can present a negotiation plan with clear milestones
  • Acts as a role model for teamwork; mentors junior colleagues and planners; fosters continuous learning and respect

YOUR PROFILE

  • Align and clarify all orderrelated questions with customers and proactively communicate order status and delivery changes.
  • Enter and update sales orders; check commercials and credit limits; confirm with DRP; release orders for shipment; create and send invoices.
  • Manage exceptions (returns, transport/product damages), coordinate investigations, and drive corrective actions with stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain complete, compliant export documentation per internal policies and external regulations (Customs, Taxes, International Trade).
  • Use official global reports and KPIs (e.g., POF, logistics complaints) for performance followup and support improvement actions with clusters.
  • Collaborate closely with Cluster Replenishment Planners and, where applicable, align with Cluster Order Management on task handovers and scope.
