DOCSIS Architecture & Operations Expert

Experience - 15 +

Location: Chennai, Bangalore

Relevant experience in Cable Broadband Networks, Access Network Architecture, and Large-Scale Broadband Operations.

Deep expertise in DOCSIS 3.0/3.1/4.0 technologies, CMTS/CCAP architectures, HFC network design, Distributed Access Architecture (DAA), Remote PHY (R-PHY), Remote MACPHY, PON migration strategies, and next-generation broadband transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and drive DOCSIS architecture strategy, standards, and technology roadmap.

- Lead architecture reviews for DOCSIS 3.1/4.0 deployments and broadband transformation programs.

- Provide technical leadership for CMTS/CCAP, DAA, R-PHY, and Remote MACPHY implementations.

- Evaluate emerging technologies including DOCSIS 4.0, FDX, Extended Spectrum DOCSIS (ESD), and Fiber Evolution strategies.
