Lead Data Scientist

Your Role

• Lead end-to-end AI and Machine Learning initiatives, starting from business problem understanding, data exploration, model development, validation, and final deployment in production environments.
• Provide technical leadership to the data science team by reviewing models, guiding architecture decisions, ensuring best practices, and aligning solutions with business objectives.
• Design and develop advanced analytics solutions including predictive modeling, NLP applications, clustering, recommendation systems, graph analytics, and optimization techniques to solve complex industry problems.
• Build scalable ML pipelines, implement MLOps practices, ensure data security and compliance, and deploy solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Your Profile

• Around 10+ years of strong experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI solution delivery with proven expertise in handling large-scale projects.
• Strong technical proficiency in Python, SQL, ML/DL frameworks (Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), Big Data tools like Spark, and experience working with cloud environments.
• Solid understanding of advanced concepts such as NLP (including Transformers and LLMs), unsupervised learning, graph algorithms, optimization methods, and statistical modeling techniques.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in Agile environments, proposal and RFP preparation, POC/MVP development, stakeholder management, and high-impact client communication.
