Japanese Bilingual with Linux/Windows Server

Your Role

• Server & Cloud Admin: Full-stack administration of Windows and Linux servers, VMware clusters, and Azure/GCP cloud instances.
• Ops & Monitoring: Proactive monitoring and incident response using JP1, Absonne, and Emerald. Incident lifecycle management via ServiceNow.
• Automation & Backup: Scripting in PowerShell/Bash for health checks. Managing Backup scenarios, including integrity verification and recovery drills.
• We are seeking a disciplined L2 Engineer to join our high-security ODC in Chennai. You will manage a hybrid infrastructure for a Japanese client, requiring technical expertise in legacy/cloud systems and professional Japanese communication. This role operates in a strictly controlled environment with high standards for data security and operational precision.
• Network & Security: Handling Firewall ACLs, Load Balancer settings, and Digital Certificate (SSL/TLS) renewals.
• Cultural Alignment: Strict adherence to Hou-Ren-So (Report-Update-Consult) and "Zero-Defect" quality standards.

Your Profile

• Technical: 3–6 years in Infrastructure Support with strong Linux/Windows CLI proficiency.
• Language: JLPT N2 or N3 certification (Mandatory). High proficiency in spoken and written Japanese for technical syncs, and documentation (development of reports in Japanese).
• Joining Timeline: We are looking for Early Joiners. Selected candidates are expected to negotiate an early release from their current organization to meet project timelines.
