Job Description

  • Japanese Bilingual professional with strong communication skills for handling incidents, coordination, and documentation with Japan teams.
  • Linux Operations Support including initial triage, incident handling, and SLA‑based escalation.Hands-on with Linux administration: installation, configuration, patching, user management, and system monitoring.
  • Basic SAN/NAS support: LUN creation, zoning, mapping, and storage monitoring.
  • Act as a bridge between Japanese clients and global delivery teams, ensuring accurate interpretation and understanding of requirements.
  • Participate in client calls, status meetings, and technical discussions, translating business and technical content as required.

Your Profile

  • Bilingual professional fluent in Japanese, enabling smooth communication, incident coordination, and reporting with Japan-based teams.
  • Experienced in Linux operations with strong capability in handling Level 1 incidents, system checks, and SLA-driven escalations.
  • Skilled in routine Linux administration tasks such as user management, patching support, server health monitoring, and basic configuration.
  • Bilingual professional fluent in Japanese, enabling smooth communication, incident coordination, and reporting with Japan-based teams.
  • Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2 or N3) is required.
  • Strong Japanese language proficiency with JLPT N2 or N1 OR N3
