Your Role

  • Japanese Bilingual proficiency (N2/N3 preferred) – mandatory for communication with Japanese stakeholders and ODC coordination.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with Japanese clients, handle discussions, reporting, and cross‑cultural interactions effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for documenting processes, SOPs, and RCA reports involving Japan-side teams.
  • Windows Server Administration – management, troubleshooting, patching, and operational support.
  • Administration of VMware ESX/ESXi, including provisioning, resource allocation, performance tuning, and VM lifecycle operations.

Your Profile

  • Strong proficiency in Japanese for daily communication with Japan‑based teams, issue discussions, reporting, and cross‑cultural coordination (N2/N3 preferred).
  • Hands-on experience managing Windows Server environments including installation, configuration, hardening, and daily operations.
  • Familiar with Windows-based virtualization support, especially when hosted on VMware ESXi or Hyper‑V environments.
    Experience working with Japanese enterprise culture, including structured communication, escalation protocols, and work etiquette. Ability to accurately translate technical requirements from Japanese to English and vice versa for internal teams.
