Job Description
India Delivery Partner plays a critical role in overseeing operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships at the India sites. This role combines operational leadership with client engagement responsibilities, driving growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Primary Skills
Key Responsibilities:
• India Delivery Leadership
• Implement best practices to optimize workflow, resource allocation, and productivity.
• Monitor performance metrics and proactively address delivery challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across teams and processes.
Client Partnership and Relationship Management:
• Serve as India Leadership connect for stakeholders (building and nurturing strong relationships to support business objectives.
• Understand client requirements, expectations, and strategic goals to align service delivery accordingly. Collaborate with Capgemini capability teams to design and deliver effective solutions.
• Lead regular business reviews, ensuring transparency in project status, risks, and opportunities.
• Facilitate effective communication between clients, and Capgemini – onsite and other internal teams.
Delivery Ownership:
• Joint delivery operations of Managed Services and Project & Consulting.
• Oversee day-to-day delivery operations at the India site, ensuring projects meet agreed milestones, quality standards and metrics.
Team Leadership and Development:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate site delivery teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of team members.
• Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
Secondary Skills
Transformation & Innovation:
• Drive transformation programs across our program.
• Drive Process Automation in collaboration with client and internal teams.
Financial Management:
• Manage Project budgets, forecasts, and resource planning.
• Monitor project financials, ensuring profitability
• Drive CMIP/ competitiveness.
Strategic Planning and Growth:
• Contribute to the development of site growth strategy, identifying opportunities for expansion and innovation.
• Collaborate with leadership to align local operations with broader organizational goals.
• Drive business development initiatives, including upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new client opportunities.
