Gen AI Agentic Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for an AI Technology Consultant – Order to Deliver (O2D), you will help organizations transform their Order-to-Deliver operations by leveraging AI-powered technologies, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities across Order Management, Logistics, Global Trade Management, and Customer Service functions, enabling organizations to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.

Job Description - Grade Specific

• 8-10 years of experience leading or supporting technology transformation and digital innovation initiatives.
• Strong experience in Order-to-Deliver, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, or Global Trade Management domains.
• Experience designing and implementing AI, analytics, automation, or digital transformation solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems and supply chain technology platforms.
• Experience working with GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI frameworks, AI copilots, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Experience managing business stakeholders and driving transformation programs across multiple business functions.
• Knowledge of operating model transformation, change management, and business process optimization.
