Your Role

We are looking for a Functional Order management Domain Consultant – Life Sciences, you will play a key role in supporting, optimizing, and transforming Order management business processes across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, and healthcare sectors. You will work closely with business stakeholders, quality teams, supply chain functions, manufacturing operations, regulatory affairs, and digital transformation teams to improve operational efficiency, compliance, and business outcomes.

 

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Act as the functional domain expert for Life Sciences Order Management business processes and operations.
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization, standardization, automation, and compliance improvements.
  • Support execution of process improvement and transformation initiatives, focusing on efficiency, cost optimization, and service quality improvement.
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of transformation projects in the Order Management and Fulfilment domain.

Your Profile

  • 8-10 years of experience of order management process in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Healthcare Operations, or related domains.
  • Experience supporting business operations, process transformation, quality, compliance, or digital initiatives within Life Sciences organizations.
  • Strong understanding of Life Sciences processes, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
  • Experience participating in business transformation, ERP implementation, quality system implementation, or digital modernization programs.
  • Understanding of quality management, compliance management, risk management, and supply chain processes.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing, commercial operations, clinical operations, or regulatory processes is highly preferred.
