Job Description

Capgemini is seeking a Director level executive to manage a strategic Client Relationship and Program Delivery.

The role demands a high level of autonomy; a strong appetite to drive change and overcome organizational complexity; and a high level of drive to build a business from its current strong foundations to a potential billion-scale business.

Responsibilities include 

  • Deal Shaping and Pre-sales
  • Driving internal initiatives related to Industry domains/Technologies/People Management

Primary Skills

  • Individual is a leader with 20+ years of experience in IT industry with functional knowledge in Automotive process
  • Must have experience of managing Senior Client and internal stakeholders – CxO level
  • Proven record in managing complex engagements (> $10m+; Global teams ;  size 150 FTE+)
  • Role is responsible and Accountable for the Program outcome and Client satisfaction
  • Should have handled complex programs in Salesforce as Program Manager
  • Working with internal and external team to create program plan, ensuring time lines are met as committed with in the budget
  • Work with multiple internal stakeholders, service lines and support functions to drive required outcome
  • Should have knowledge on various phases involved in deploying complex Salesforce programs involving multi-geography

Secondary Skills

  • Strong knowledge in Agile way of working, tracking and reporting of progress to both internal and external leadership
  • Ensuring delivery quality, work with multiple teams to bring unified journey for the client
  • Should have strong cross functional business knowledge in bringing collective process integration, where needed
