Your Role

  • Develop, configure, and support EDI maps and business processes in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator
  • Handle EDI standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, CSV
  • Perform trading partner onboarding, testing, and certification
  • Monitor EDI transactions, troubleshoot failures, and resolve production issues
  • Manage communication protocols: AS2, FTP/SFTP, HTTP/S
  • Work with backend systems (ERP, SAP, Oracle, etc.) for data integration
  • Maintain documentation and follow EDI best practices
  • Coordinate with business users, vendors, and external trading partners
  • Support audits, compliance, and SLA requirements

Your Profile

  • Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator
  • Strong knowledge of EDI X12 / EDIFACT
  • Experience with mapping tools, business processes, and envelopes
  • Knowledge of Linux/Unix, basic shell scripting
  • Understanding of networking and security concepts
  • Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
