Your Role

• Lead highimpact DMAIC projects delivering quantified FTE, cost, or revenue savings; ensure benefit tracking and control plans
• Conduct process diagnostics and assessments, identify improvement opportunities, and translate ideas into implemented solutions
• Apply statistical techniques (hypothesis testing, regression, SPC, MSA) for datadriven decision making
• Drive automation and digital transformation using RPA (UiPath / Blue Prism / Automation Anywhere), analytics, AI/GenAI where applicable
• Build and govern continuous improvement pipelines, dashboards, and leadership reporting
• Mentor and coach BB/GB practitioners and enable CI capability within operations
• Partner with Operations, Technology, and Clients to deliver sustainable delivery excellence

Your Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified
• At least 2-3 BB DMAIC project led endtoend with clearly quantified savings
• Strong command of basic & inferential statistics
• Proven experience in process excellence / delivery excellence / transformation roles
• Handson or leadership experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, AA)
• Exposure to AI / GenAI / analytics / Power BI / process mining is a strong advantage
• 9 to 13 years of relevant DEX / PEX experience
• Enterprisescale transformation ownership and people leadership
• Candidates must be based in or willing to work from Kolkata or Chennai
