Data Analyst Specialist

Your Role

As a Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that support business decision-making. You will work with large datasets, perform data analysis, automate processes, and develop interactive dashboards and reports.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Analyze, interpret, and validate business data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI.
• Develop and optimize Excel-based solutions, including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and VBA automation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Automate repetitive reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across reports and dashboards.
• Present analytical findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Microsoft Excel (Advanced Formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, VBA)
  • Power BI (Data Modeling, DAX, Dashboard Development, Report Publishing)

• Experience in process automation and performance reporting.
• Exposure to business planning, forecasting, or commercial analytics.
